MILPITAS, CA, 24 April 2008 – Zed-3 today announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Beijing Xinwei Telecom Technology Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will share resources to promote the solution of a multimedia dispatching system (MDS) based on the wireless technology of SCDMA. At a ceremony held at Xinwei’s headquarters in Beijing Mr. Bin Wen, the Executive VP of Xinwei, and Mr. Wenhua Xing, the General Manager of Zed-3 Beijing, both looked forward to mutual success. Under the agreement, both companies will leverage one other for resources in their respective vertical markets and existing channels. This includes not only products but also the marketing and branding that both companies have developed. Together the companies will promote solutions for the MDS based on the wireless technology of SCDMA.
