Zed-3 AND XINWEI SIGN PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Partnership will lead to widespread adoption of Zed-3’s Multimedia Dispatching System

MILPITAS, CA, 24 April 2008Zed-3 today announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Beijing Xinwei Telecom Technology Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will share resources to promote the solution of a multimedia dispatching system (MDS) based on the wireless technology of SCDMA.

At a ceremony held at Xinwei’s headquarters in Beijing Mr. Bin Wen, the Executive VP of Xinwei, and Mr. Wenhua Xing, the General Manager of Zed-3 Beijing, both looked forward to mutual success. Under the agreement, both companies will leverage one other for resources in their respective vertical markets and existing channels. This includes not only products but also the marketing and branding that both companies have developed. Together the companies will promote solutions for the MDS based on the wireless technology of SCDMA. This will provide end users solutions with best performance cost ratio in addition to leveraging other strengths from each company.

“Zed-3 has a very unique product in the market with their IP dispatching system,” said Bin Wen of Xinwei. “Coupled with the advanced technology of our SCDMA wireless network products we can deliver to customers a solution that serves critical needs in vertical markets such as airports, seaports, railways, seaports, oil extraction, and coal mining.”

“The agreement shows the dedication from both companies,” added Wenhua Xing of Zed-3. “We are able to offer our unique IP PBX and MDS solutions to a greater market in China. And with the wider international presence that Zed-3 currently has, we envisage that we can expand to offer the solution in the Middle East and Latin America in time.”

The SCDMA and MDS are available now in China. A typical solution starts at about 1M RMB ($150k USD).
